Quick update. I have gotten first place on the ballot, So I get all the donkey votes, and have royally ****** off at least one of the other candidates.

So it's all on track.

Id vote for any person that would "initiate" or "fund" better promotion of australian music and artists starting community based and moving it nationally

Bring our (Australian battling bands) music (besides "radio POP") out on a global scene and replace the american trash with our own home grown talent and thus boost our economy on sales and export and give the musicians a chance to be heard.

Policies.. hmmm.. Policies, I'll have to get back to you on that one.

If it keeps you guys happy, I will start 'something' for Australian music. It will prolly invole a couple of cases of beer, a dog and some petroleum jelly, but hey you gotta work with what you got right? I'm sure we can come up with something fun.

As for gettin Aussie music on the international scene, well that might be a bit harder.

Now while I can talk you up at all the cabinet meetings, and I will be able to sample your songs during question time (DYASPHERE IN DA HOUSE... of reps). I prolly won't be able to push it onto the international scene, unless you can find some sexy girls to help me promote it.

Needless to say these fine promoters of genuine Aussie talent and myself, would have to take extensive buisness and promotional trips. We would have to work tirelessly in close buisness negotiations.
