C'mon peeps. Running these sessions only work if people occasionally give a little of their time to help out rather than one person doing it all.

I will help out any week Alex swims. I'll try and post as soon as he is sure he's going.

Not sure about the 24th as he's racing at Eton on the Sunday.

I'm planning on coming on 24th. What time would you need me? Also would I still get to swim cos this was gonna be my 1st time in open water?

Thanks for volunteering !
I get there for 5 but if you can make it for 5.30 - 5.45
The busy times are usually around 6pm, so you should be able to get a swim in after.
