Just to let you know I am definately going to be at the relays, but I may be arriving more like 7pm as I have a training course all day in Birmingham! I have just checked and the actual race doesn't start until 7.30pm, although they want the teams confirmed by 7pm. So, just so you know I will definately be there :-) See you tomorrow!

I'm going to pick the flags up from Blithfield today, I hope to get to Shugborough just before 6pm and try to get us a good position on the bank overlooking the Start/Finish line.
