I have just joined the club and would like to try my first group bike ride as a beginner road cyclist, please can someone advise me?

Hi Richard,
Firstly, welcome to the club, we hope you can make our saturday club ride. This leaves Mammoth Lifestyle at Milford Common every saturday at 9:30am. We cater for various paced riders from beginner to experienced cyclists.

The equipment you will need to ride with us is fairly standard to all cyclists;

A roadworthy bike
A helmet ( compulsary on our club ride)
Tools and spares for mechanical issues
Ideally a mobile( just for emergencies)
