I was wondering if anyone can help...I'm wanting to do a few running races this year in prep for the Dublin marathon I am doing in October (as a few of you already know!) I have renewed my club membership and paid extra for the UK Athletics membership. I was just wondering where we get the UK Athletics Numbers from as I need it to enter the races. Last year I had a card through the post I think? However, I have not recieved anything yet and I re-joined back at the end of March!?

Just in the process of sending off everyones UKA affiliations and have been waiting for everyone to renew their memberships. As it's easier to send the majority of renewned affiliations in one transaction instead of in drips and drabs. Be patient your number will be with soon.

Have these numbers been sorted yet?? Not had anything through post and am registering for few half marathons?? Thanks, Damian.

I haven't had mine either yet...I have applied to a few running races using my old athletics no in hope that my new athletics number will come through soon! But think I am going to end up paying the extra on the day for a few of my races now!?...Does anyone know when these numbers will be coming to us as its nearly July now!? lol! Sal x

How did you join ? If through EntryCentral you should have had a confirmation email through.

Hello Dr Angry, I did the online joining thing if that helps?? I'm a new mb, dont want to rock the boat and not worried about delays etc or paying a few extra quid for races, just wondered what's happening and if I do have my no. I may as well use it?

Hi Guys, firstly I would like to thank you all for being patient with me regarding processing the England Athletics affiliations. Majority of members have now been affiliated and should be recieving their UKA cards soon, but there are a few members I am experiencing a few teething problems @ the moment which I am sure will get sorted asap. But please note that you cannot be affiliated to two athletics clubs at the same time and you need to officially resign from one club or declare change of transfer from one club to another. (I have the forms if anyone needs any). Affiliation Secretary is a voluntary role which is a new position for me that is done in my own time. Delays have occured this year due to unprompt payment of membership fees and it is more effficient to make one group payment to England Athletics at any one time. Hopefully next year this matter will be resolved more promptly. Many thanks for your co-operation.
