You need a faster internet connection. Or a PC that’s not a tablet (Read rock, biblical).

Paul, i'm 90 secs slower than last year, as it says its a Pre-Season benchmark, something to help with motivation. 1 Minute is only just over 1 sec per length, poor turns could make the difference.

Dont get stressed, use it to spur you on.

Look on the bright side, its only just over a quarter of your swim race distance for your 'A' race this year. Not that far at all

Well done to Alex for smashing my Club TT record by 90 secs (Was 14:11), with drag shorts on, awesome.
