iPromote

Has anyone out there tried iPromte? I have, and I'm not too sure about the company. I let my "Ad" run for three (3) days, paid the $30 they charged me for the 147 clicks they say I got. The problem is, when I checked the four (4) seperate analytics I use to monitor my website, I could not find any proof of these clicks. When I contacted the company about this they gave me a run around answer about configuring the "utm" values (like I didn't already know to do that). Then they tried to tell me that link sources sometimes are not passed because of problems between Flash 10 and IE.
Next, I asked for a list of sites they serve ads to so I could see what my ad looks like where it appears. Again the support person answering my email flipped through his/her "answer book" and gave me some insulting pat answer. I tried to explain that all I was wanting was to be able to see my ad in real time. I was told that if I went to say Yahoo and kept clicking the refreash button I "might" see an iPromote ad but they could not guarantee that it would be my ad. So I spend the better part of 5 hours clicking the refresh button (using a script I wrote to do this automatically) on Yahoo's results page. Guess what, Not once in 5 hours did an iPromote ad appear.
When I did a simple search on Yahoo for "iPromote" I got a "Website cannot be loaded" page.
Has anyone run into this same problem? Does anyone know where iPromote ads can be seen in real time?
