Hello. Our question is: we have been re-organizing our websites into English language and Spanish language domains - now we are ready to submit the URLs to Directories a la ibusinesspromoter.

However, when i look up ibusinesspromoter in Google, i am finding forum commentaries claiming that directory submission is a scam and does not do any good for rankings.

Our concern is the fact that our main site was created over many years in english and now we have converted it to a Spanish language site and worry that the robots might be confused.

What is recommendable? The ibusinespromoter demo? or another directory submission software? or is directory submission a waste of time as some people claim?

As a general rule there is little value in using directories although there are specific subject areas where they are of value.

Study the keywords for your topic in Google and see if directories come up in the first page of the SERPS
