My father, Seymour Ringel, was also a Radarman on the CA-71. I will email you separately a picture from the ship. (I don't think I can attach it to this response.) Seymour is the one on the left. He passed away peacefully on March 15, 2008, but always remembered the Quincy and his shipmates fondly. Is your father in the picture?
