I'm looking for any shipmates of my father, Newton E. Cartwright. He was a second class signalman on the USS Quincy around 1941.

My dad was Philip Boyd [1921-1978]. He was a gun captain in the rear turret. He served on the Quincy from 1941 until she was sunk. He always remembered her each August 9th.
