French researchers are seeking information on A.J.B Thomson, whose Wellington III - BJ 668 codé ZL-X was shot down near Ploemeur on 4.2.1944.
Thomson survived and was caught some 10 days later travelling by train near Itxassou.
In 1946 he was understood to be living at 12, Lansdowne Avenue,Slough, Bucks.
The french researchers are seeking further detail and , if possible, a photograph. They are preparing an article for publication in their Local History Magazine."Cahiers du pays de Ploemeur"
