I am seeking information on my father Lloyd Robert Van Slyke. Dad told me that he was a Flight Engineer in the RCAF Number 6 Bomber Group, located near Yorkshire, England. He was born in Durham, Ontario, Canada and grew up playing hockey and baseball in Hanover, Ontario. He was one of eight brothers. Six of the brothers (including Dad)served in WWII and all returned home.
