Hello Brent,
I've just seen this posting and wanted to let you know that my Uncle, Peter Ager, was an RAF Flight Engineer with 434 who was sadly killed in action on 17th June 1944.
I posted some info on the RCAF.com Guestbook on 24th March 2004 (Page 26) and I'd obviously be very interested in any photos or recollections of 434 and Croft Airbase that you've managed to find.
Are you aware of Alan Todd's book about Croft, or the images of 434 and 431 at Croft on D-Day which are held by the Canadian Forces Joint Imagery Centre ? If you're not, let me know and I'd be happy to send you details.
