If anyone out there is looking for new gold plated parts for their Nighthawk, I am now producing them in limited quantities. Right now I have a listing on Ebay for new pickup ring sets and new bridge plates. Both the sets and the bridge plates are priced at $34.99 each shipping included. At this price, I really am not making a profit but if there is a high enough demand, I will mass produce them and get a better deal. The parts are American made by me, a local fabricator, and a Gold Plating company that does the plating for PRS and the Fender Custom Shop. These are good quality and will bolt right up to your Nighthawk. I also have a source for middle pickups if yours dies or you just want a differant sound. My pickup producer can wind it however you would like ohm wise. I may eventually have a contact for the slanted humbucker but for now Im taking baby steps as I dont want to invest to much money in this if there isnt a market for it. Question: it appears in some photos that the volume & tone control knobs have a gold-colored center. My two Hawks have a silver-colored center. Is the gold tone an illusion or do some Hawks actually have a gold-colored center on the knobs?
If so, how can I get the gold-colored insert?
