Hi to all Hawk fans,
I have just finished a 6 month plan built BluesHawk project in Brazilian Mahogany & Curly Maple with Bare Knuckles P-91 pickups & variatone.
Unfortunately I am a month too late to post any pictures due to Tone's illness, as he was wanting to hear from anyone who has built one from the plan.
(For what it is worth the plan is a bit pants as has no neck setback angle and the body is not symetrical)
If anyone is intested in this or is moderating the site, I have sent some info & pictures to: "Blueshawk@Blueshawk.info" but guess it may not get read. This is a shame as this site got me into building/Lutherie some 2 1/2 years ago and my ambition was always to "build the Hawk" (Man), my mantra for the last 6 months.
