We have firmed up the hotel for the Reunion in Dallas. All the information is outlined below, its a very nice hotel for $68 a night and if need be folks can double up to save money also. Just a reminder that the reunion will run from Thursday 7/21-Monday 7/25. These rates are guaranteed even if you are only staying one or two nights. Please note above the number of rooms that have been blocked for your group each day. I have gone ahead and reserved a mix of double/double bedded rooms and our single king bedded rooms.


Please be sure to have your guests identify themselves when making their reservations under the name of Johnston Military Reunion 2011.
If at all possible, I would prefer that reservations be made through to my email address of WingateInnDallas@gmail.com This way I can ensure the group is entered into the correct block and room type.

Cut-Off Date
There will be a cut-off date of July 1, 2011 which reflects 21 days prior to arrival of the group event. Any rooms that have not picked up from the block of rooms by this date will be released and you will not be responsible for any rooms.

Rate
The rate for the group is $68.00 for single and double occupancy, $73.00 for triple occupancy and $78.00 for quad occupancy for adults 18 years of age and older. Children 17 and under are at no additional charge. This is a negotiated rate between the Wingate Hotel, Dallas Love Field and Johnston Island Military Reunion 2011.
