28 with a chill factor of 21 in Albuq. this morning, headed for a high of 48. Satellite shows a big front coming in from the northwest-another 'Arctic Rush'.
Only 7 days until Christmas! This just in...the Magnamonious President Obama has given Federal Employees 4 hours off on Christmas Eve to 'help the economy' (All of the other presidents within recent memory gave us the entire day off Christmas Eve.)

'03 Voyager XII~Last of the Breed

Good morning all
Was down to 25 this morning when I got up, but it is up to 31 now. Skies are clear and it should make 58 this afternoon. Will be working in the workshop on the island for the kitchen. A little cool now for that, but should be beautiful by late morning.
Eric and family won't make it this weekend. His father-in-law is going in for an operation for a pacemaker Monday so they will stay around for that.
Being a contractor to the government, we do not get to partake of the half day off, but I will be taking vacation Christmas Eve anyhow. That will be a busy evening at church. Services at 7:30 and 11:00. Plus lots of Cindy's family will be here for Christmas. Should be a full house.
