Good morning again
Looks to be another beautiful day today. High of 94 with a chance of rain. Good chance of rain the next couple days. Have been having storms pass thru right around bed time. Lightning and wind but not much rain here.
Guess Saturday nights storm brought a good rain to town and they were without electricity for a couple hours also.
Yall have a great day.
Mornin' All;
My second day back at W*O*R*K*, and I must say I like riding better. It's supposed to hit 97 in Albuquerque this morning, with a 10% chance for rain.
I understand it hit 100 yesterday. Need to do Laundry tonight (Yech!!) It was great to see our friends from Az at the AVA Rally. You ought to drop by more often! Hey, RR, how about a weekender to the Grand Canyon??
Everyone Have a Great Day!!

Hi All,
I agree, let's have a ride to the Grand Canyon. And sometime I'd like to meet more of the EVA folks. It seems like I just see the same old people (ha ha, not that you're getting boring or anything). I thought WhiskeyDoc was going to be at the rally. He's one whom I have never met, so I could have missed him. Which brings up a suggestion that I gave the leadership after Bowling Green - why not have a place on the name tag for your handle you use on the forums? I would recognize many folks by their handle, whose name wouldn't mean anything to me. But I guess that was either forgotten or ignored, oh well.
Hank did you get a chance to chase down that noise in your bike? I read Carl's response on the AVA forum and I think that's a very likely culprit. We had that issue 2 years ago with our '03, and ended up getting another driveshaft from Carl. Ours wasn't to the point of clunking yet; I just noticed a roughness in the u-joint when I was doing some routine maintenance. But that fellow came to Bowling Green from Washington state last year with his driveshaft holding together only by a prayer. It was vibrating and clunking. It's not too big a job getting the final drive and swingarm off the bike. After that, replacing the driveshaft is a breeze.
Well, I think I'm rambling. Tucson is supposed to get to 100 today, with possibly some rain showers. I have some clean-up to do on the bike and trailer after the ralley, so I guess that's what I'll tackle.
Everyone have a good day.
Bob
So, when would you be talking about. I would think after school starts so it wouldn't be so crowded with tourists (which is what we would be also).
When were yall thinking about? Would it be too hot in August?
