A beautiful 57 heading for 80 again. Windy the next 3 days. Looks like wind Saturday for the ride to Sadies, but hopefully it will not be bad. A high of 69 here for Saaturday.

Only 2 more days until Sadies. Be at the truck stop north of town to leave at 8 and Carrizozo at 9.

Well I saw Steve this morning. He is in rehab and will probably be there for 10 days. He has a broken collar bone, wrist, ankle, and a blown out left knee. Not sure what the knee entails for healing, but the other injuries are rather minor. He is a blessed man-things could have been a whole lot worse. Bike is not too banged up. It is a late 70's Goldwing. Should be a lot of parts for it in bike junk yards. When I asked Steve what happened, he said he was rubbernecking too much and just ran off the road! There is a lesson for all of us there. Appreciate prayers and concern. Ride safely!
