Capitan is 20 miles east of Carrizozo. It is about 170 miles from Albuquerque. Should be a good ride from there. That is going down the freeway to San Antonio and over 380 to Capitan.
You can also go to Moriarty, down to Willard and Corona and Carrizozo. Turn left at Carrizozo to Capitan. Also about 170 miles.

Count me in on the lunch in Capitan if I have the bike back on the road. Should be ready to ride by then.

We have an early breakfast meeting (about 0630) with a friend who will be passing through. Weather permitting, we'll head for Capitan after.
