Only down to a rather balmy 74 and heading for 99 with clear skies. Scheduled to cool off a bit after today, only up to 91 tomorrow according to the forecast if you can believe that.
Good luck with the drive shaft on the Miata Bob. Kinda sounds like the Voyager XII which has the U joint integral with the drive shaft. Although that drive shaft may be a bit shorter.
Got an email from Dave, he has a cabin reserved for the ET at the campground. He said the other cabins are still available. It is coming up quick, next month. Looking forward to the riding. So far Dave and I are the only ones I have confirmation on attending the event.

Good Morning, All;
Well, the weatherguessers got it wrong again. No rain yesterday, and only a 20% chance today. 74/91 and cloudy today in ABQ. Was out sick yesterday, had a bad respiratory allergy attack, had to take a Benadryl-which knocked me out. I finally woke up about 1400 yesterday afternoon, and got a little done.
RR, I really want to go to the ET, but will not know for sure for a few weeks. I may have to ask to share a cabin with someone. Meanwhile, I'm working to initiate the 'R' thing (retirement!) Everyone Have a Great Day!

Hey RR. yes there is a similarity to the Xll drive shaft situation. I should have the new driveshaft here in about a week and get things wrapped up. I plan on being at the ET in August. Not sure about Charlie, as life is very busy for him right now. Now that the monsoon has kicked in, the temps are moderate here. We had a high of 96 yesterday and it looks like about 100 today. Hank, the cabins only have one bed although two of them have a fold out couch. The cheapest cabin is $55 but doesn't have a bathroom so you have to use the sane facilities that the tent campers use. The cheapest way to get a bed is probably to find someone to share a motel room with.
