Good Morning, All;
Home from work today still trying to beat 'the creeping crud'. Hoping to do some shopping later, if I feel up to it. 40/62 in ABQ today, it's beautiful outside! RR I would like to do all 3 (SFR/Safford/HCT) if finances allow. Since I have paid off a couple of bills, I now have more to work with. One of the problems with 'Lunch Runs' is that I'm gluten-free, and my allergist has informed me that I'm allergic to corn, which used to be a 'staple' of my diet. Since I can no longer eat corn, this means that I'm basically a 'meat & potatoes' (with fruit for dessert) man. This also means that Mexican food (which is pretty much corn based) is also out.
