Good morning all
Only down to 51 with light rain. Rained a bit on the way home yesterday and off and on during the night. Heading for 62 with rain scheduled to drop off around noon. We have some trees leafing out here also. Hopefully the cold weather scheduled won't hurt them.

It is raining here on the mountain as well. Looking for a dry day so I can get my tools home. Bathroom is complete and nice to have the toilet back. It has been an interesting two weeks. Looking forward to the SFR.
