The Enchanted Voyagers Association is a chapter of the American Voyager Association. The club was formed by Kawasaki Voyager Riders in New Mexico, but is open to all riders. Please feel free to use this service.
Yeah me too. I nearly always shift between 7 & 7.5k on my Voyager. But those Hondas - they all have 12k redlines don't they? My bike's scattered all over the yard right now. In the middle of lubing the "propeller shaft".
I don't think I ever red-lined any of my Voyagers but I'm sure I came close on several occasions. I've never red-lined either of my BMWs but I have had the rev limiter kick in on a few occasions. In spite of being twin cylinder engined, my BMWs seem to rev easier than any of my three Voyagers.
I think it's a matter of displacement. All of those bikes have a lot more than 700cc and 60hp!! The NT is a V-Twin and redlines at 8500.
See Ya on the road (as you pass me!!)

Hank, my RT redlines at 8000. If my rev limiter kicked in, that means I got pretty close to that.
Hi, Dave...
Lesssee, the RT is about 11 or 1200 CC and around 130 horses If I recall. That's kind of like comparing a corvette to a Hyundai!!!
See you at the SFR!!!
