renewing my membership

Mr Prez &/or Madam Treas,
It's that time of year. It's been a year so I forgot, do we require a new application for dues renewal even if nothing has changed since last year or do I just send $10 to Brenda?

As nothing has changed, the $10 would be just fine.
Just send a blank signed check to Brenda.
