Fraid not Auld solo brake & i are doing the toughest of the tough tri Coniston Lake Swim 112 miles around the Lake District 3500 metres of elevation 33% max inclines Then a little jog regards Notop |

DLT Only joking Auld solo Brake and i are only doing the bike bit. Don't think you'd have many takers for that tri, maybe just Auld solo and i. regards Swimtop

Hi Everyone Just to clarify the criteria for open water swimming. You must complete an 800M swim in the pool watched by a coach. Then when you visit Swan Pool you must be taken for one lap by one of the approved people: Tony Symes Graham Ball Nick Tomkinson-Hill Steve Cartlidge Dawn Taylor Lucy Haywood This is to make sure you are okay with swimming open water.
