is it possible to have reiki without attunement?
well, only ad one session of reiki, but i felt nothing expect heat on the area that the reiki master put their hands. but i read a book few month ago, and after reading it, i gave a try, and it worked! i felt the heat over my body and was able to cure a chronic constipation myself. next more strangely my meditation became easier and i feel everyday at any moment i relax an energy coming from my belly to my crown passing by my spine. i dont need to concentrate on it, but if i do, it increase and goes toward the third eye point.... is it normal? what does it mean? now my problem is that during my standing meditation i have some pain in the neck, the more i concentrate the energy and the more it become tense. so, does any one have any adivce concerning this? how to realive the pain while standing? do i have already reiki or is it incomple? (i didnt try distant reiki..) oh, sometime, the reiki flows to my body in the area needed, without my hand, and....without my thought....is it normal?? |

Jimi, Please read my post under "Reiki Attunement" below to get clarity on this. As far as your post, I'm unclear. I can answer better if you'd clear up these questions: What do you mean by standing meditation? Reiki flows w/o your hand or thought. So how do think it flows? What do you experience? |

by standing meditation i just mean the classical stand one stake chinese qigong exercise, you just stand and place your hands in fron of the navel chakra. the second question is unclear, beside i dont know why or even how it flows, its always there, but get stronger when i relax, and goes toward the third eye when i concentrate or meditate.... i just experience heat at the back of my head coming to the crown tower the forehead, sometime it's more like electricity feeling sometime just warming.... i dont levitate yet though  if you had similar experience please share your thoughts
