If I can bury the hatchet with Ryan "insert nickname" Owens who did a (remarkably accurate) impersonation of my Freshman insecurity and THEN nicknamed me "Killer" for the next three for the looks I'd give him....but wait there's more....he & Louie & Eric yelling "CUP CHECK LADIES!" on the baseball bus. I could never figure out why Coach George made Melinda & I sit at the front of the bus. Was I ever that naive? Yes. If I can do it, anyone can.
Anyway, everyone seemed mostly able to laugh at the past. It was good. Big THANKS to the committee.
Add my vote to a 2010 gathering when some of us will need extra support in the aftermath of our own kids' graduations. I'm no good at planning, but most excellent with shopping list and Costco card. Put me down for one bite-sized task and if we all do the same, it maketh short work.
