Onedin and Edward the Seventh DVDs
Hi folks, I see that the BBC have brought out a new edition of series one of The Onedin Line (presumably subsequent series to follow). Unlike the previous DVD release by Playback, episodes are presented complete, with full end credits etc. Should make for a more informative and easier viewing experience. Also, many 70s-80s and cult British TV shows on DVD are reduced on price at amazon.co.uk - including Edward the Seventh, in which Michael Billington plays the Russian Czar, now available for only £9.97 ! And don't forget - if you order these or any other items from Amazon, go through their advert link on this site's DVDs page before doing so - it won't cost you anything, but the site will get a small fee as a result, helping to keep it up and running ! Further to this, apparently the second series will shortly be released with the episodes in full also, and hopefully the subsequent series also ! |
